Job responsibilities:

1. Participate in the implementation of product development, research and development work, and complete the preparation of product documents according to the research and development plan, and provide relevant product technical advice for the feasibility analysis of products;

2. Carry out special research on related technologies, and test the application of new technologies and new materials;

3. Continuous improvement of existing products, timely handling of internal and external quality feedback, whole process improvement, and continuous improvement of product quality stability;

4. Responsible for providing product technical support for production and quality, and solving technical problems in the production process.

Job Requirements:

1. Materials, chemistry, polymer materials and other related majors, master's degree or above, accept fresh graduates;

2. Have excellent communication, judgment and decision-making skills, good at learning, and strong comprehension ability.
