Since the establishment of the joint-stock company, the company has established a shareholders' meeting, board of directors, and supervisory board, strictly implemented the relevant requirements of laws and regulations such as the Company Law and Securities Law, and gradually established and improved relevant company rules and regulations, forming a corporate governance structure and mechanism with clear rights and responsibilities, mutual coordination, and checks and balances. At the same time, the company has improved the construction of various specialized committees under the board of directors, establishing four specialized committees for strategy, compensation and assessment, audit, and nomination, fully leveraging the role of each specialized committee in relevant fields.
