Job responsibilities:

1. Clearly define the objectives and scope of the project during the project start-up phase. Gather expectations and requirements to ensure the direction of the project is clear.

2. Make a project plan, including task allocation, resource allocation, schedule and milestones, etc.

3. Assign tasks and resources. The project manager needs to assign tasks to the project team members according to the project plan and carry out effective resource management. Ensure that the team has the necessary resources to complete the project including people, money and equipment.

4. Supervise the implementation of the project. The project manager shall coordinate the project activities, supervise the progress of the project, solve problems and ensure the project goes on as planned during the project implementation phase.

5. Control the project cost, control the project budget, supervise the expenditure, identify and solve the overspending problem, and ensure that the budget is kept within a reasonable range.

6. Manage project risks, identify potential risks, and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks to ensure project success.

7. Communication and reporting, maintaining active communication with project stakeholders, ensuring smooth flow of information, and timely reporting on project progress to maintain transparency and build trust.

8. Close the project and summarize the experience and lessons learned, ensure that the project deliverables are accepted, the contract is concluded, the project documents are filed, and the project experience and lessons are summarized for reference in future projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, mechanical, electronic, chemical, materials, artificial intelligence direction.

2.1- More than 3 years of relevant work experience, PMP certificate holders are preferred.

3. English CET-6 and computer level 3 or above, with basic drawing ability.

4. Proficient in office software.

5. Accept flexible work schedules and travel.
