1 Industrial production requires equipment innovation

This continuous, automated production equipment converts the precursor step by step into carbon fiber graphite felt, and can produce double-layer products at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing unit energy consumption.

Compared with previous production, the equipment operation stability is improved, and the production personnel do not need to apply the antioxidant layer many times - the equipment design innovation improves the production quality while simplifying the manual operation.

In the second phase production workshop of MiG new materials, the pre-oxidation furnace, carbonization furnace and graphitization furnace are connected to the long production line.
